Loaded Potato Deviled Eggs


12 Eggland’s Best egg yolks

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

4 pieces crisp bacon-finely chopped

3 green onion stalks-finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


Place eggs in cold water to cover.

Bring to boil.

Turn off heat.

Cover pan with lid and allow to set 18 minutes.

Drain water and run cold water over eggs for 1 minute to cool.

Add ice to water and allow 10 minutes for insides of eggs to cool completely.

Peel under running water.
